By downloading the Software, you agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws and regulations, and certify that you are eligible to receive this product under such laws and regulations. This product may not be transmitted to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. This product may not be transmitted to a Cuban national, wherever located. By downloading this product, you certify that: you are not located in any of these countries; you are not a Cuban national located outside of the United States; and you will not re-export this product to any of these countries. You further agree not to transfer or use the Software to any prohibited end users or for any prohibited end uses under applicable U.S. laws and regulations (including, but not limited to any nuclear, chemical, biological weapons or missile technology end uses) unless authorized by the U.S. Government by regulation or specific license.
